Cervantes-Ibarra has not been seen since he left his home early Sunday morning.
According to police, he left his home at 70 S. 18th Street around 8 a.m. Sunday.
He is 5'3", weighs 200 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes. He suffers from dementia and takes medication for it.
