KANSAS CITY, KAN. ----- The Kansas City, Kan., Police Department is investigating a homicide at 63rd and Parallel Pkwy.
Police originally reported to 61st and Leavenworth Road after shots were fired in the area sometime Tuesday morning.
An officer at the scene later saw a dead body inside the passenger seat of a vehicle. Police questioned the driver.
Little information is known about the case at this point.
The victim is described as a black male in his 30s.
