KANSAS CITY, KAN. – The Kansas City, Kan., Police Department released the identity of the man killed in a drive-by-shooting on the 4300 Block of Farrow Lane.
Melvin Lone, 63, was shot and killed outside of his home on Tuesday morning.
Police arrived in the area at 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning after a call of a shooting was made to the department.
