KANSAS CITY, KAN. ----- Legends Outlets Kansas City announced Friday that Halloween Express is now open for business.
Halloween Express, an 8,337-square-foot building, is a seasonal store that sales Halloween costumes and other items for the Halloween season.
It's located next to Louisiana Kitchen. The store will close the first week of November.
