KANSAS CITY, KAN. ----- The Kansas City, Kan., Police Department is asking the public for help in gathering information for a crash that killed a 79-year-old woman.
Geraldine Strader was killed when her vehicle was struck by a black Cadillac Eldorado.
The vehicle fled from police on the 1800 Block of Central Avenue after it was pulled over. Police did not pursue the vehicle.After fleeing from police, the Cadillac crashed into a Toyota Camry on 38th Street and Haskell Avenue, the vehicle Strader was in.
On Wednesday afternoon, Joshua Brazeal of Fort Scott, Kan., was charged with involuntary manslaughter, along with injuring a passenger in his own vehicle.
Police are asking for anyone who may have seen the Cadillac traveling from 18th Street and Central Avenue to 38th Street and Haskell Avenue.
