KANSAS CITY, KAN. ---- The Board of Public Utilities is reporting a significant power outage in the Rosedale neighborhood of Kansas City, Kan.
Nearly 4,000 customers are without power in Rosedale. The University of Kansas Medical Center is among those included in the power outage.
