KANSAS CITY, KAN. ----- The Unified Government Board of Commissioners said no to a plan that would have increased funding for the Wyandotte County Fair.
Commissioners voted against a requested $1.7 million bond, along with an additional $250,000 to build a shooting range and campground.
According to a report from NBC Action News, the Wyandotte County Fair Association has a $77,000 budget to run on.
