KANSAS CITY, KAN. ---- Antwan D. Frazier has been identified as the man who was murdered in Kansas City, Kan., on July 4.
Frazier was found dead last Friday on the 4100 Block of Waverly Avenue. The shooting happened at around 10 p.m. on Independence Day.
Police are investigating the shooting as a homicide.
