KANSAS CITY, KAN. ---- One person was killed Sunday in car accident on 63rd and Leavenworth Road.
The intersection is currently closed off, according to the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department.

UPDATE 2:03 p.m. - Three cars were involved in the accident. A pick-up truck and a motorcycle were stopped at a red light when the motorcycle was rear-ended by another vehicle, according to police.
The individual riding the motorcycle was thrown off the bike and crashed into the back of the truck.
The intersection remains closed.
