These locations will be the first in the Kansas City metropolitan area for both create-your-own concepts.

It features more than 50 frozen yogurt flavors including nonfat, low-fat, sugar free and sorbet options, offering 21 different flavors daily. Named by The Daily Meal as “America’s Best Frozen Yogurt,” sweetFrog is rapidly expanding with more than 325 locations in the United States and abroad. sweetFrog will open this spring occupying a 1,588-square-foot space across from Uniform Destination on the “yellow brick road” at 1829 Village West Parkway T131.
Pizza Studio
Pizza Studio is a fast-casual restaurant that invites guests to create their own custom, individual-sized pizza masterpiece from the highest quality ingredients. It offers a wide assortment of crusts, specialty sauces, cheeses, premium meats, and fresh-cut and roasted vegetables at affordable prices. Pizza Studio is known for its proprietary thin, light and crispy crusts with unlimited toppings for each custom-built pizza creation. In addition to customizable pies, Pizza Studio offers specialty pizzas and salads.
Pizza Studio is expanding to the Midwest after signing a multi-unit franchise agreement with PS Midwest Development LLC for approximately 20 new locations in Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas. The Legends Outlets location will be Pizza Studio’s first of at least six planned for the Kansas City metropolitan area. It will join the 1.2 million-square-foot shopping center next to Christopher & Banks occupying a 2,542-square-foot space at 1813 Village West Parkway Q103.
