KANSAS CITY, KAN. ----- An Amber Alert has been issued for a kidnapped girl out of Springfield, Mo.
Hailey Owens, 10, was abducted by an unknown suspect just before 5 p.m. Tuesday evening. Owens was last seen on the 3200 Block of W. Lombard Street.
Owens is 10 years old and has brown hair and brown eyes. She's 5'2" and weighs 90 pounds. She was wearing blue jean shorts and purple sandals the last time someone saw her.

UPDATE 9:59 p.m. - Police are looking for a gold 2008 Ford Ranger with a Missouri license tag of 1YF454 or 1YS454. The possible suspect is described as a 45-year-old man with gray hair and unshaven face.
