TOPEKA, KAN. – The Kansas Attorney General’s Office is offering a webinar this week for law enforcement officers and prosecutors to learn about the implied consent statute for driving under the influence tests, Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt said today.
The webinar will be presented on Thursday, February 13, by Assistant Attorney General Karen Wittman, the Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor in Schmidt’s office.
Attorneys who participate are eligible to receive one hour of continuing legal education credit.
