KANSAS CITY, KAN. ----- If you are a small business owner looking for ways to increase your funding sources, an upcoming seminar might be a great place to start.
Kansas City Kansas Community College in partnership with the Women’s Business Center is hosting the free informational session.
It is from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13 in the Flint Building, Business Innovation Center on the KCKCC campus, 7250 State Ave.
Attendees will hear from community partners JustinePETERSEN, NetWork Kansas and the Women’s Business Center about a variety of different programs including the Kansas City Regional Microloan Fund, which provides small loans to entrepreneurs who cannot receive a traditional bank loan and StartUp Kansas, which provides gap funding to help entrepreneurs start or grow a business within the state of Kansas.
The goal is for those who attend to learn about the funding resources available to implement their business plans.
