KANSAS CITY, KAN. --- On an absolutely perfect day for a parade, the 2013 Central Avenue Parade was held on Saturday, Sept. 14.
The Wyandotte Bulldogs and Harmon Hawks marching bands highlighted the show, along with numerous representations from various schools, community groups and organizations in Kansas City, Kan.
