KANSAS CITY, KAN. --- Kansas City Kansas Community College will try to bounce back from the Blue Devils’ first men’s Jayhawk Conference setback Sunday when they host Barton County.
The women’s game will kick off at 1 p.m. with the men to follow at 3 p.m.
The Blue Devils’ first road trip of the season proved unproductive. The Lady Blue Devils’ turned in one of their best performances of the season in a 1-0 loss at Coffeyville Thursday while the men were blanked 4-0.
Coffeyville’s men lead the Jayhawk with a 4-0 record with the Blue Devils tied for second at 2-1. Keelan Bakety, Josh Muson, Sua Lukic and Edger Arunda scored the goals for Coffeyville. The loss evened KCKCC’s overall record at 3-3.
