Backfire BBQ, a 9,000-square-foot "biker-themed" restaurant, was known for its barbeque and sandwiches.
The business was originally the idea of Steven Schussler, who launched Rainforest Cafe in Johnson County and T-Rex Cafe at The Legends.
A specific reason was not given for the closing.
