The Saltdogs remained scoreless through four innings until Sean O’Connell scored the only run for Lincoln in the fifth inning. Lincoln would end the game recording eight hits.
Petey Paramore, who had the walk-off homer on Tuesday, went two for four on the night with a home run and two RBIs.
Loggins (6-5) went six innings for Kansas City, allowing one unearned run on five hits with seven strikeouts. Making his Kansas City debut, Ryan Fennell entered in relief and threw two scoreless innings and allowed one hit.
