Closed to the public until the completion of construction, the track will be open for walkers daily from 5 a.m.-11 p.m. with the exception when the facilities are in use by KCKCC athletic teams and other events.
A schedule of closings will be posted at the track. Also, walking will be restricted to the outside lanes (6 thru 8).
