KDOT announces weekend ramp closures

EXPECT DELAYS! WEEKEND LANE & RAMP CLOSURES: Fairfax Trafficway to eastbound I-70 entrance ramp and eastbound I-70 left lane on the Lewis & Clark Viaduct will be CLOSED for bridge inspection work on Saturday, May 4 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

EXPECT DELAYS! WEEKEND RAMP CLOSURE: Washington Avenue to eastbound I-70 entrance ramp will be CLOSED for bridge inspection work on Sunday, May 5, between 8:00 a.m. and NOON.

Drivers should expect delays during the ramp and lane closures and are advised to use alternate routes. The Kansas Department of Transportation urges all motorists to be alert, obey the warning signs, and “Give ‘Em a Brake!” when approaching and driving through the project work zone.
