“Last year’s jobs fair at the Great Mall was a tremendous success, and we’re looking to repeat that success this spring. We all recognize the importance of helping our returning veterans get jobs after their courageous service for our country, so we will again focus on them for the first hour. We had over two hundred veterans attend the special morning hour last year, and we now hope to repeat that success in May,” stated Congressman Yoder. “The 3rd District Job Fair and Resource Expo will be a great chance for those looking for jobs to get help with resumes, as well as meet in person with several employers looking to hire. I encourage everyone looking for work to attend.”
The Jobs Fair will last from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., with the 9:00-10:00 a.m. hour exclusively for veterans.
Job-seekers should dress for success, bring several copies of their resume, and do not need to register or pay to attend.
