TRAFFIC: I-670, Genessee Street ramps to be closed

News release from the Kansas Department of Transportation:

Eastbound I-670 to Genessee Road exit ramp will be CLOSED for bridge inspection work on Thursday, April 25 between 9:00 a.m. and NOON, and the Genessee Road to westbound I-670 entrance ramp will be CLOSED for bridge inspection work on Thursday, April 25 between NOON and 4:00 p.m.

Drivers should expect some delays during these ramp closures and must use alternate routes during the ramp closures.

No marked detour will be provided for the ramp closures. Drivers will need to exit at the next available interchange to turnaround and head back on I-670 to exit at Genessee Street.
