Representatives of more than 40 area employers are expected for the
Workplace – Kansas City Job Fair 2013 at Kansas City Kansas Community
College Wednesday, April 17.
Open to the public without charge, the 18th annual Job Fair will be
held from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Field House at the north end of the
KCKCC campus at 7250 State Avenue.
Sponsored by the Career Center at KCKCC, the Fair will give persons
an opportunity to visit with area employers and fill out applications
for employment.
Employers who will be attending are Alenco, Inc., Avon, CBE Group,
Career Advisor, Cerner, Deffenbaugh Industries, DeVry University, Dr.
Pepper Snapple Group, Economic Opportunity Foundation, FedEx Ground,
Frito Lay, Hollywood Casino, Integrity Home Care and Kansas City Electricians Training Center; Isle of Capri, Kansas City, Mo. Police
Department, Kansas Army National Guard, KC Fairfax Federal Credit Union,
Long Motor Corporation, Mosaic, Mutual of Omaha, NAPA, North Kansas
City Hospitals, Olathe Health System, Pipefitters Training Center,
Primerica Financial Services and Saint Luke’s Health System,
