I-70, I-635 ramp back open

Note from the Kansas Department of Transportation:

As of 10:00 a.m. TODAY, the eastbound I-70 to northbound I-635 ramp is NOW OPEN to unrestricted traffic! Bridge deck repair work has been completed ahead of schedule.
