According to the Wyandotte County Sheriff's Office, he was arrested this morning at 11:30 a.m.
When he escaped custody, he was carrying a six-month-old child. He was in court for a probation hearing in connection to drug charges.

On March 2, 2012 Robert Ingram escaped after being ordered into custody on a probation revocation. This occurred at the Wyandotte County court services building at 812 Armstrong in Kansas City, Kansas. Mr. Ingram was seen leaving in a silver or white Pontiac Grand Am displaying Kansas tag 251BZD. The registration comes back to Berry Ingram (Mr. Ingram’s mother) at 6105 Oakland Avenue, Kansas City, KS. At the time of his escape Mr. Ingram was carrying a child approximately 6 months old.
