News release from the KCK Police Department:
The victim from the fatality accident which occurred on Feb. 16, in the area of 133rd and Leavenworth Road has been identified.
Richard A. Buckner, 53, was a resident of Kansas City, Kan. The victim’s family has been notified.
The accident remains under investigation by the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department’s Traffic Support Unit/Critical Collision Response Team (CCRT).
