“Creating a Global Perspective for Small Business and Entrepreneurs” will be the focus of the second in a Business Solution Series at Kansas City Kansas Community College Tuesday, Feb. 26.
Mehgan Flynn, Director of the World Trade Center Kansas City, will be the featured speaker at the breakfast meeting to be held at 8 a.m. in Room 3632 of the Flint Building on the KCKCC campus at 7250 State Avenue.
The World Trade Center Kansas City is a regional organization dedicated to assisting small businesses with global expansion.
In addition, Flynn is the co-founder of the on-line retail store, WyCo Vintage. Based in Kansas City, Kan., it exports comprise nearly half of total sales.
“With 96 percent of the world’s consumers outside the United States’ borders, it is critical for entrepreneurs and businesses to think and act globally,” says Flynn. “Through this program, participants can learn about the vast resources available to small businesses for starting or expanding up their global operations.”
