The Legends Outlet Mall will be sold via auction at the federal courthouse in Kansas City, Kan., on Monday morning.
According to NBC Action News, five organizations have submitted bids to buy the mall:
The five parties who submitted bids for the Friday sale are New York-based DRA Fund 5 and KKR Real Estate, North Carolina-based Tanger Development Co. LLC, and CRG Acquisitions LLC and Fund Holdings and Macerich Legends, both based in California.U.S. Bank foreclosed on a $180 million note back in May.
While there's turmoil on this front, it hasn't deterred visitors. Over 10 million individuals visited The Legends last year.
The winner of the auction will be announced on Monday.
