A special meeting of the Kansas City, Kansas Board of Education is hereby called for Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., in the offices of McAnany, Van Cleave and Phillips, 10 East Cambridge Circle Drive, Suite 300, Kansas City, Kansas.
The purpose of such meeting shall be to consider, and discuss with legal counsel, analysis forwarded by the Office of General Counsel, Kansas Association of School Boards concerning sufficiency of current board policies and the legal implications of proposed recommendations relating to same. Board members will also recess to executive session under the following exceptions to the Kansas Open Meetings Act:
