Two shot at KCK gas station; UPDATE - Third person found at hospital

Kansas City, Kan., police are investigating a double shooting that happened at an area gas station near 73rd and State Avenue.

Two shooting victims were driven to a Pizza Hut in the 7800 Block of Parallel Parkway (SEE UPDATE). One of the victims suffered critical injuries, according to the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department.

No information about potential suspects is available at this point.

No arrests have been announced.

UPDATE 5:31 p.m. - Police are now saying the shootings happened at an apartment complex near 73rd and State Avenue, rather than a gas station. Two victims of the shooting were taken to a BP Gas station in the area.

Meanwhile, a third person was later found at KCK hospital, according to KMBC Channel 9 news.
