A third person has been charged in connection to the murder of F.L. Schlagle student Ramon Bradley.
Deaarion Potts, 15, was charged today with first degree murder and criminal discharge of a firearm by the Wyandotte County District Attorney's Office.
Wyandotte County District Attorney Jerome Gorman has also filed a motion to have Potts tried as an adult.
He's the third person charged in connection to Bradley's death; he's also the second teenager who has been charged. Last week, both a juvenile and adult were charged in connection to the case.
Bradley was killed Oct. 21 near 10th Street and Washington Boulevard in Kansas City, Kan. All three suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Wyandotte County District Attorney Jerome A. Gorman this afternoon charged a third person in connection with the October 21, 2012, shooting death of Ramon Bradley, which occurred between the intersections of 10th and Washington Blvd. and Fairfax Trafficway and Quindaro Blvd. in Kansas City, Kansas. Deaarion Potts, Black Male, Kansas City, Kansas, DOB: 12-10-96, was charged in the juvenile department of the district court with First Degree Murder and Criminal Discharge of a Firearm at an Occupied Vehicle.
A detention hearing was held this afternoon and Senior District Judge Thomas L. Boeding ordered Potts detained. A status conference in the case is scheduled for November 26, 2012. The district attorney’s office has filed a motion to have Potts certified to stand trial as an adult. A hearing on that motion will be scheduled at a later date.
Potts is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
