Devin Russell, a person of interest the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department was searching for on Sunday, has turned himself in voluntarily to the department.
However, a second "person of interest" remains at large.
Sherman B. Judie IV, pictured above, is wanted by the department for questioning in connection to the homicide that happened on the 2200 Block of Garfield Ave. Sunday.
Meanwhile, the KCK Police Department has also released the identification of the person killed in Sunday's homicide. Felipe Fernandez III, a 37-year-old Kansas City, Kan., resident, was identified as the victim.
As of early Monday afternoon, no charges have been filed in connection to the case.
