Third District Job Fair scheduled for this week

News Release: 

The second 3rd District Job Fair hosted by U.S. Rep. Kevin Yoder in cooperation with Workforce Partnership, will be held on Thursday, September 27th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Holiday Inn West – Overland Park, 8787 Reeder Rd., Overland Park, KS 66214. 

The hour from 9-10 a.m. is reserved exclusively for military veterans, and the event will open to all job seekers at 10 a.m.

More than 50 area employers have registered to exhibit at the event, and exhibit space is at capacity.  

All job seekers are welcome, and those attending should come dressed to interview and bring copies of their resume. 

No registration is needed for job seekers to attend, and the event is free.
