Neurosurgeon joins Providence Medical Center’s Spine Center

Joshua Klemp, M.D., neurosurgeon, has recently joined the Providence Medical Center Spine Center, enhancing the program’s comprehensive services for those with neck and back problems.

The Spine Center offers the latest in minimally invasive, microscopic surgery. It also provides pre-operative education programs to inform patients and their families regarding what to expect before, during and after surgery.

The Providence Spine Center recently received the UnitedHealth Premium Surgical Spine Specialty Center designation, the third consecutive time it has been awarded this prestigious national recognition.

To receive this three-star designation, Providence met extensive quality and outcomes criteria based on nationally recognized medical standards and expert advice.

Dr. Klemp practices with neurosurgeons Frank Holladay, M.D., John Clough, M.D., and Norman Bamber, M.D.

He received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and performed his internship and residency at the University of Kansas Hospital.

Dr. Klemp is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons; the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and Phi Kappa Phi International Honor Society.
