Kenneth Billings, White Male, Kansas City, Kansas, DOB: 10-15-60, was sentenced today in Wyandotte County District Court to a controlling sentence of life in prison with no chance of parole for 80 years pursuant to “Jessica’s Law.”
Billings was convicted by a jury on August 22, 2012, of four counts of Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child and two counts of Rape of a child less than 14 years of age.
The crimes were committed between July 1, 2006, and August 30, 2010. Assistant District Attorney Mollie Hill prosecuted the case for the State of Kansas.
