The Kansas City, Kan., Police Department has released the identity of a person shot and killed on the 300 Block of Greeley Avenue.
Thomas F. Bailey, 51, was killed on August 31. His family has been notified of the identification.
Police officers are asking the community for help about the case. Below is a picture of the victim's truck, which was found over the weekend.
However, officers say parts of the vehicle were spray-painted.
