The August Wyandotte County Third Saturday Democratic Breakfast will meet this Saturday, August 18th, at our new location, Dave and Busters at The Legends, 1843 Village West Parkway, #201.
You can park close with easy access to Dave and Busters by using the second floor of the Parallel Parkway garage.
Our speaker will be State Representative Paul Davis, Democratic Leader of the Kansas House of Representatives.
A breakfast buffet is available at 8:15 am and our program begins about 9:15. Cost for the buffet is ten dollars, which includes tax, service and tip; seven dollars for students and those on limited income.
All Democrats are welcome to attend. Reservations are strongly requested by Friday, August 17th, but not required. To RSVP, contact scottmackey08@yahoo.com
Paul Davis was scheduled to speak at the July breakfast, but could not attend due to an illness. The state senate primary candidates spoke, as well as State Senators Kelly Kultala and David Haley; State Representatives Tom Burroughs and Louis Ruiz; and UG Commissioner Mike Kane.
