Time Warner Cable (TWC) recently recognized four employees from the Kansas City area as winners of the company’s Mission & Values Performance (MVP) award program. Kansas City, Kan., resident Wayne Hubbard is among the four local honorees for the 2012 1st quarter MVP award.
Hubbard is a online service technician, based in TWC’s Overland Park offices. Time Warner Cable has been recognizing MVPs since 1997, and as an MVP winner, Wayne will now be eligible to win the MVP Employee of the Year Award.
“Our MVP honorees have an outstanding work ethic and commitment to excellence, whether it’s their daily interactions with co-workers or the way they help our customers, and we congratulate Wayne on this accomplishment,” said Scott Miller, Time Warner Cable's area vice president of operations. “The MVP award is the highest honor Time Warner Cable gives to its employees, and I am proud of all of our first quarter winners here in Kansas City.”
Employees who win this honor are awarded an all expense paid trip for two to Puerto Rico in March 2013.
